Questions for the attorneys. By disputing every point the judge has made and by disqualified attorneys file the memo.

>Could it be that PTSC is angling for a dismissal so they can get the cas fast tracked to an appeals court?

>Is a dismissed case appealable?

>Where would the appeal go to? (I ask because if an appeal goes to the 9th, we may get a fair trial. If it goes to the 2nd, which is basically a rubber stamp for big biz, we might as well kiss this one goodbye.)
