Etrade has been doing the same thing for the last week or so. It too has ptsc at .45X.55. Tommorrow, as we approach the opening bell, they will bring the bid and ask more in line with today's close. They have also been doing it with another stock I own. If you have ever owned a sub-penny....they do it upon the close all the time. Why they also do it now with PTSC and other similarly priced securities, I do not know. Consider it meaningless,IMO.
