we had a DEF 14 A which announced the SHM (and had S&L holdings inclosed) followed by a NT 10-Q and then the 10-Q.........Everyone here is looking at 4/9 for a 10-Q........Any reasoning more so for the latter vs. the former?.........

I myself believe S&L dumped on our parade. I wish we could strike a .50 a share deal and take them out.........
