We currently have 4 Institutional investors owning small amounts of PTSC.... Looking @ the 13g of these they have very few or no OTCBB stocks in thier holdings... Which leads me to believe we are the rader of these..

One Mutual fund

Catalyst we are their top holding (about .085%) they hold 191,257... It is small fund...(1 million to 1.5 in assets)...

Many funds & Institutional investors have rules about what they can own(price , exchange or percentage)... If we can get over a dollar I belive it will opeb this up.... if we get to another exchange we open it up more...

We have a large enough amount of shares to be attractive to Instittions.. we need our volume to increase to make our investment more liqiud..(large investors need to be able to move in & out with little price penalty..)

Also Swatzy needs to get under 5% ownership... large investors do not want a few investors to have price control.....
