I agree, I don't think he is the reason for our volatility but if he is selling, without any demand from the buy side, then his actions tend to stifle the PPS if he dumps a large amount into the market daily/weekly. if the dmend for acqusition of the stock remians in an up-trend, he can sell all day and it won't hurt us,,,the demand will take care of his selling.
If the exec's and the BOD have some of the same worries we do about his possible restriction of PPS growth, then if I were they, which I'm not of course, the first order of business I'd undertake,post Q, would be to offer a buyout.
In fact,with us being this close to the 9th, I'd be in negotiations to buy him out, in total, right now and if agreed upon that would be my first PR right after the Q. JMO
