Swartz was definitely NOT giving a prediction on share price in regard to

what a settlement with the J's would do.

It was more like a generalization of: If we win we could be at $4.00 bucks a

share, if we lose we could be a .15 cents.

He was definitely NOT giving a prediction.

I know many here have blown that statement out of proportion..........what's

new?
