Yes....PTSC is forming the Cup and Handle, a classic bullish formation on the 3 month, daily, close chart;

Also.......... enter PTSC at Bigcharts.com,click on Advanced Chart,change Time Frame to Decade,set Frequency to Yearly,set Chart style to Close and Background to Black Grid....Cup and Handle on ten year chart.
