Assuming that M/A is thee top priority for RG and the company near term, isn't a massive buyback very risky?

First of all an adverse uspto ruling would cause major backpedaling, especially to a Co. with little cash. Survival and some form of SP would depend on cash.

Next you would need to find a company who wanted shares at a price pushed up by the buybacks and unconcerned about the pending ruling. I doubt you would recommend to one of you're clients to accept much stock in a deal. Get favorable ruling and much changes, of course, but still limited amount of stock acceptable...imo.

At some point backpedaling is inevitable anyway,imo. Possible some buybacks could go red. Much of the past years buys are. Today we see how they are used. Possible 2mil. dilution at .58 which is most likely LESS than we paid for those shares.

As far as the earnings date...I would love to see them announce the date and time of release and further announce a conference call that would immediately follow. With all the blackout stuff...this imo would really help with clarification of things and a nice intro of RG.
