Now a request. Please convey to management the (imperative, IMO) need to update the world on the number of companies currently on notice of probable infringement. Regardless of the financials revealed on 4/9/08, this knowledge is critical as a measuring stick for future performance potential.

Recently, I saw an article on PTSC in which it said (paraphrased): "PTSC has settled with 31 companies - there can't be many left". Damaging.

About a year ago, Mac (I believe) said they had 485 companies on notice and gave some other related details. This, IMO, was very powerful info. Please request that PTSC issue an undate as part of any PR associated with the 10Q. And if I see that 300 number again, I'm going to vomit! But if it's "real" so be it.
