The second thing about these entities is (I looked going back to '06), every SC 13G/A and DEF 14A basically listed their share counts as a joint amount with the exception of the last DEF 14A........So the thought of them being as one is assumed.....That thought was probably initally created under the terms of financing provided.......From the 4/06 DEF 14A.......

This number assumes that Lincoln and SPE may be deemed to be affiliated and under common control.

Though listed as separate on the last DEF 14A, in regards to share counts, they appear to share the same address......The address of Lincoln Ventures, LLC and Swartz Private Equity, LLC is 1120 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 325, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
