I believe all your numbers are low (big surprise! LOL).
IMO, the Js paid more than that, a lot more. And the others also probably paid more, a lot more. Orders of magnitude, IMO.
IMO, it was the J3 plus JVC, or four rode from TX. 12 others. Go back, do a detailed count (I did).
Now a stupid question for a CPA type. Is not the P/E applied to earnings before taxes?
I believe it is, because taxes are a "variable" thing (write-offs from the past, inherited write-offs from yet to be accomplished acquisitions, offset by future revenues in the remaining tax year, etc.).
The certain things are the revenue number, and the earnings before taxes number. Some clarity here would be helpful. And if I happen to be right, we can add 40% to your low-ball numbers/results.
