Interesting to look at the interview of the 148 compared to that of the 584. Apparently the 584 arguments were way too technical to do much during the interview. But in the case of the 148, it certainly sounds like they put forth the meat of their arguments during the interview. And from the examiner's interview summary, it sounded like the examiner fully understood the agruments and documented the basic info to minimize addtional work when the patent owner's full response is is hand. To me, it looks like the 148 is solid and I agree we should see that one first. All IMHO Opty
