Absolutely right.  No offense to prior CEO's but we now have somebody investors can take seriously as a businessman rather than a lawyer/hired gun or marketing/consulting guru.  I will be studying the tone and substance of his communications carefully, and looking for a real strategy there.  Replacing the current IR/PR firms would speak volumes, IMHO.
