I strongly believe we won't see the 10Q until after the bell on Wednesday, April 9th (my birthday). I have multiple reasons for believing this.
- It's customary for companies, generally, to report after the bell on the last possible day.
- If PTSC had the reporting paper done early, they'd undoubtedly go over it and over it to make sure everthing is exactly correct, IMO. Likewise, any associated PR. And perhaps also to have the facts down pat in case of calls for comments coming from business media (which, IMO, should be anticipated, if not expected).
- Assuming a PR blitz is planned for the morning of the 10th (first US trading possibility), they'd have to give reporters/media time to consume the info and prepare their stories. I'm not just talking PR folks linked to PTSC, or solicited by PTSC, but the media world at large - in order to fully capitalize ("outsiders" wouldn't be given any advance info). Not enabling this to happen would be self-defeating, IMO. Accept free publicity - enable it.
Conversely, I see zero incentive to report any earlier than necessary. What would they gain? Absolutely nuttin' - huh!
JMHOs,
