IMO we got every penny we were asking for.

1. They settled the day before trail was going to start....to me this means that they new they would lose from day one but wanted to avoid dishing out the$$$$$$$.

2. They wanted to have a NDA in place to prevent PTSC form announcing what copy cats they were and stupid it was going to make them look. Why else? It wasn't at the request of PTSC the NDA would not help them at all.

3. All aware of the settlement were banned for buying stock until the q #'s were released...why? because the stock was going to sky rocket.

4.We new that they would lose and said why settle for anything less that what we were asking for...When the Js lost in court the settlement could be a lot higher so why take anything less when we spend two years getting to this point.
