13X Ironman?? you are my new hero. lol

I did a mini triathlon a few years ago and my respect for a true ironman

went up incredibly after finishing that tri I did.

You've done the ironman 13X? Unreal!

My event was a quarter mile ocean swim, 10 miles on the bike and a 5K

to finish. baby stuff compared to what you do. but I felt pretty proud

after I made it out alive. lol lol
