It is what I believe...In Decemember when we where in Limbo land (We knew of a settelemnet but it was not announced yet) I stated two things.....1)This is the begining.....2) and we would not move unless amount & Detials are annouced.....

 Thanks to people like Lambert many have put numbers out thier... if we get earnings of .12-.14 cents and no details or on going paymants based on sales,,, despite the fact that earning in one 1/4 are double of what the single analyst that covers PTSC(.07)... we will not move much...

We need (1) thing......... steady earnings!!!!

I still think it is possible that we may be getting payments from someone like Phillips,,, I also think we may be getting payments from the J2.5 based on sales, and the disclosure  may not occur.... My feeling is TPL wants to fly low under the Rader.. we will not find any of this info unless it is disclosed...

 It sounds like we not have any news conference for our earnings....(By far the best in our history).... Why... they have nothing to say!!! They can disclose nothing!!  if they are getting steady payments based on sales they do not want to tell us,,,,, They want to fly low during this push for Patten reform..... And the reason is becuase we going after the buyers of Micro Processors... not just the producers... The end products are worth more that the Micro processor themself....

 I hope I am wrong and we move big!!!
