RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly responsible for managing and coordinating the worldwide tax compliance and reporting programs.

- Develop and implement the company’s strategy and tactics to aggressively and cost-effectively minimize the corporation’s tax liabilities through effective liaison with internal executive management and country specific tax advisors.

- Key member of senior management, providing leadership, advice and guidance on all matters related to worldwide tax issues. 
- Be the principal interface with worldwide tax authorities, directing and actively participating in all tax programs, strategies and tactics. 
- Conduct special project including financial strategy, M&A, GAAP reporting, issues and coordination with outside advisors. 
- Develop plans that translate recommended tax activities into effective action programs. 
- Participate directly in the business and strategic planning cycle as it relates to worldwide tax/financial issues. 
- Develop plans and programs that will assist the Company to expand into jurisdictions where it can gain significant tax advantages or tax holidays. Negotiate with tax authorities the continuation of current tax holidays and/or recommend alternative strategies where tax holidays are concluding. 
- Establish and maintain effective communications with all members of the management team. 
- Interface and maintain effective business relationships within the Company, within the industry, with outside advisors, and with tax authorities.  Keep abreast of the latest tax laws and trends as they might relate to the Company's tax strategy, business, products and expansion plans.
