SGE.............. From the glory days of watching the Brain on CNBC which i no longer do..........Not a corporate guy so i am clueless........It would seem that if we buy out a CO on a listed exchange those shareholders would have to vote on the take over....If i am wrong. let me know.....IYO from the date we notify the public about a take over and until it is approved what would be the time line....Thanks...Larry
