Bear with me on this post as I feel a bit long winded today....

As one who has been invested in Patriot for close to a decade I think I am qualified to speak of patience. As I have scanned this board over the past few months I notice two emotions in many post that are both speculative in nature when it comes to the future of the share price of our company. The first is fear and the second is unbridled enthusiasim. What we need is that third emotion and that is calm rational thought.

It is not up to me to tell anybody what to do or how to feel. I am a Father of three fantastic young men and believe me if there is anything that has taught me is the difficulty of having patience and knowing that unsolicited advice is not always welcome.

But, if I may offer a suggestion to all on the board please have patience. What will be will be when it comes to the value of the investment you have with Patriot. Unless there is a prophet amongst us none of us have any idea what is going to be reported in the next few days or where our sp will be in the next week, month, year etc... All we can do is compile the best due dilligence on the company that we can (granted with Patriot over the years that has been one difficult task) and analyze that for real DD is fact. We should all know what we have and why we have it. Have a point of exit as you had an entry point and stick to it unless information changes.

Having a plan gives me at least a feeling of some control even though I have been known over the years to change that plan at the spur of the moment. In other words know why you are invested in the company and what it would take to stay invested or devest yourself based upon knowledge gained.

Lately I have read where there is speculation that the NDA ends when the 10Q is released however I am not sure that is correct and it worries me that some on this board will panic if in fact all "the news" regarding the settlements in December is not released. We need to act on fact not what we hope will happen. I think that we were forwarned in the 12/18 release not to expect complete information as the release read like this

"Information applicable to this settlement will be included in those reports to the extent required of the company, yet consistent with the confidentiality restrictions imposed by the settlement pursuant to guidance from Patriot's professional legal and accounting advisors."

I for one think that the financials are just part of the equation of why I will either continue to hold or to sell. I am just as interested in what the future plans of the company are and if there is a future more than that of being a cash cow (which by the way is not necessarily a bad thing).

I think most would agree that it is the few "few strong" hands in this company that have given it what stability it has and no matter what news may come out in the next few days it will be the strong hands that will eventually lead to greater stable price appreciation in the future "if" that is to occur on "good news".

I have been in a quiet zone for most of the last year and a half due to an illness which I am still dealing with but which in the whole scope of things is not anywhere near as serious as what so many folks put up with day in and day out. God takes me where I need to be medically and for that I am grateful as I am for all the prayers I have received from my friends on this board.

As one of the wise ones on this board says "we shall see"
