Insiders cannot trade PTSC until after release of the 10Q. IMO that is why we have not and will not see a license announced until after the 10Q. Perhaps an agreement was reached with Swartz as well on selling enough shares to keep the SP at a lower price for the insiders to buy. Swartz makes millions in this range and the insiders get to buy the stock at a lower PPS win/win. All IMO. All the best, Steve
