At first glance, it looks like you are right.  But that would be terribly lopsided in favor of the Js.  They get the MMP license, essentially for zero, and TPL gets an IOU payable sometime in the future, maybe?  Makes no sense to me.  Is that the best deal TPL could get? Is that the business arrangement?  Did the Js really have TPL by the short hairs?   Who sued whom? Makes no sense to me.  So what in the world did we need an NDA for?  In order to postpone the enivitable?  Makes no sense to me. 

Question.  Could the MOU between Matsushita/Toshiba/TPJ/PTSC contain something of value (other that cash) which would not have to be mentioned in PTSC's 10Q?  I'm still hopeful that the MOU was indeed a business arrangement, which has yet to come to fruition.  Or am I grasping?   Opty
