I hope I am wrong, but I don't believe we will see any of that. NDA to me means just what it says. As some have posited, the J's numbers are not in this Q as we all had hoped for whatever reason. We obviously haven't received them which is not the same as saying we never will. I do not know if any part of the settlement was based on USPTO actions, but I do know that we are not going to fully realize the true value per share of this stock until the USPTO gives a thumbs up. Then it truly will be Katy bar the door. All IMHO of course. I, for one, am here until the PTO makes a pronouncement one way or another.
