I went back to your chart and if you take out the J3 you come out with PDS earnings of approximately $26 million. Which would be the approximate amount that PDS would have to take in for PTSC to earn $11 million for the quarter.

 

Perhaps the board is correct in assuming that the J3 has not been included  in these earnings.
