Turley's misguided statement

One of Turley's statement read (paraphrased):

Insiders and officers from TPL and Patriot are not permitted to trade until the 10 Q is released. (This is to the best of my recollection)

Most would interpret such a statement as: Why would he make such a statement unless it was a blockbuster quarter? It sounded like he was giving us hints to get around the NDA.

RG has his work cut out for him if his option package depends on him getting us on a bigger exchange.

I feel like I was hit over the head with a mackeral.
