Why can;t PTSC grant dividends

BECAUSE the geniuses that run PTSC locked up all their momey in Auction rate Securities before the MKT went illiquid.

That is one good reason for getting rid of JT and Pohl,,

They turned off the cash machine and now PTSC can't buy anymore of Swrcz;s stock,
