Shareholders should be pleased and more confident with the BOD's actions coming up?

Why hire Goerner?

Why Hire Bibeua?

Why call it a Business Resolution?

Why the new Web Site?

Why exclude TPL from the merger / aquisition on Goerner shares?

Why not release the 10Q as it is for consumption?

Why not release a letter outside of the 10Q to all after the 10Q is absorbed with more details and go forward positives like company bought between TPL and PTSC?
