"We have been fortunate to benefit from strong past cash flows and it is now time for the company to focus on finding alternative uses for our cash and stock."

 

 This is the first time the public market listing is mentioned in connection with M&A - any guesses, HOW this could work with today's shareprice?

Anyway I decide to see this as a good sign.
