Down 20%, even more, and no letter as promised. They can get away with releasing it later today, but the time for this BOD to be held to account has clearly come. As has the time to properly investigate Mr. Turley's actions and statements while CEO and BOD member. This group of people -- the BOD and former CEOs -- have clearly failed in their responsibilities to shareholders. And the appropriate authorities should and must investif=gate and hold each and every one of them responsible.
