Sorry... refuse to believe that.

PTSC can control when to release the quarter reports..... when and what to say on its Shareholder letters..

By releasing the letter before the bell this morning..... could have comforted many investors that where feeling uneasy about their investment.

Wish they would have released the quarter report during market hours..giving investors chance to exit.... instead of the MMs price gapping this before the open.... erasing many gains..
