If the theories of J settlement monies not being included in the Q are correct and that there is indeed some future event that will trigger an accounting of the settlement then it follows that PTSC management may be trying to get us some sliver of the reality of the settlement but may be COMPLETELY prohibited from divulging ANYTHING related to the agreement. That may explain the delay in the letter for which we were told to "keep our eyes out".

This seems to be territory that requires deep analytical interpretation that would weigh the necessity to provide "required" amount of disclosure from an accounting standpoint to shareholders versus the need for "required" amount of confidentiality on the legal side of the settlement.

The safe road is to say nothing here unfortunately.
