you may think I have a split personality, but I don't hold it against PTSC for the investment I believe you are refering to. The credit crunch has affected even the safest of notes, including municipalities being able to raise funds through bonds.

What they CAN control is the 'splaining they SHOULD HAVE DONE first thing this morning...or in conjunction with the report, instead of waiting until AFTER MARKET YET AGAIN....

It's been rumored that when a company announces positive (or news that they know will be seen as positve... do so BEFORE market. Bad news.... (or will not be accepted well) AFTER MARKET.
