The dividends, each time, benefitted Swartz more than anyone; Johnson is Swartz's de facto BOD rep. And those divvies also benefitted Falk and Felcyn, who between them, have an interest in a lot of shares.

Making a profit is hard not to do when you have five employees and aren't doing a whole lot to create new business opportunities and you're being handed cash hand over fist. They do get credit for showing a profit while signing an irrevocable 3-year lease on an expensive office no one appears to use, and also handing out hefty settlements right, left and center to the likes of Lowell, Russell and anyone who's ever been, or thought of being, a CEO.

We have a strong asset position because we haven't spent the money that TPL/Alliacense have made for us.
