Looks like the J's were in there based on the way he worded that sentence, but as usual iwe can't be sure.

I understand the privacy issue on license fees and settlemenets..just tell us plainly, if all monetary funds including the J's are in this Q and are there any ongoing revenues from royalties  in future quarters,without saying how much or from whom.
