Yes, the J 3 is in the Q. However if there was not a payment during the quarter and the dollar amount of the license is undetermined at this time there will be no dollars to report.

J 3 money is to come in the future as some expected, tied to the USPTO or some other event unknown to us.

TPL did not just give up.

This is the never ending story with the end just around the corner, they just keep moving the corner.
