Has anyone seen a pacer saying where WARD signed off on the case. I believe the settlements are structured around the out come of the reviews. They cut a deal. If the patents are all valid. the J"S pay big bucks, if the patents are weaken but still valid they will pay less. THE KEY IS JUDGE WARD. he is watching over this deal because he knows that Tosihba likes to renig on its deals. the press release stated that both parties were pleased with the outcome. You settle on the steps of the court house when your the plantiff for NO MONEY. JMHO
