Agreed. I am more inclined to now believe the settlement involved royalties. This fits with the language of "granting rights to the MMP", i.e. in return for periodic royalties .... and the rights will be granted as long as royalty payments are made. That, as opposed to, the 'purchase' of a license for a one-time lump sum payment.

I am calming down now and thinking we are ok, as it is appearing to me that the J's will be paying over time --- just MO.
