If enough SH's are willing could we hire an attorney to go in and evaluate some of the things that concern us? Or would we need to file a class action suit to do that? I must state that a class action suit would not be the way I would choose to go. After today,we may not even have SH's with enough shares to do that anymore anyway--which sure works in their favor. We need to have more transpraency--we need the agreement btw TPL and our company to be revised so that the SH's know more of what is going on with this public company.
