Wasn't there discussion in one of the PR's, stating that Judge Ward would be watching the settlements, making sure that the agreements were properly completed? Was this an injunction threat directed toward the Js to make sure the settlements were paid when the agreed milestone was reached. I may be way off here, but your post brought this to my mind. It's sickening to have to continue guessing at this point...but is this possible or no.
