All I can say is that saying January would make no sense in the context of what he was saying, and it's not an NDA they are most worried about, but the Confidentiality Clause with the Js, and this probable typo is in no way affected, IMO (it's pure internal business). Still, if a mistake, it shouldn't have been made.
