A week ago I would have dismissed this theory out of hand. Today, I'm not sure, and it could have more than a kernel of truth about it.

What I do know is the company is thumbing its nose at Reg FD; we got nowhere near adequate disclosure in the 10Q regarding recent developments. If deferred royalties or contingent payments are in play for some deals, shareholders are entitled to know that without the specifics by customer. All MHO.
