I don't buy it. You are guys including Biajj are not seeing the royalties possibility. This is not a convoluted arrangement at all and is more typical of the way IP licensing is done. Don't start slamming away at TPL and TT&C just yet! Jeeeesh!

Unless Brian is privy to any more info than we are I do NOT concur with his or your current assessment of the situation!
