Tebdrew,

They could hae settled for so little if they decided that fighting on was not worth it.. (eg. legal fees.... Patent Review...etc)... They successfully managed to get Fujistu, SOny, NEC, to all settle beforehand and pay big bucks.......

Its possible... but again unlikely......

Since the terms of EVERY MMP settlement is a secret.... theres no way Brian, Hoffman/Hawk, will know... and the CEO is not going to tell us...
