Let me ask you, if the "business resolution" is tied to the USPTO ruling would you consider that important for investors to know?  Mr. Goerner certainly isn't giving the impression that it is.  If the PTO ruling is in our favor and the Q is also accurate, why would you expect the SP to move?  If the J3 settlement is true than we are being led to believe the maximum value for the MMP is already being extracted.  If that weren't the case than going to trial would have been the only logical step.  Looking forward to hearing opinion.
