Whoa.... I've not tied the USPTO decision to the 'past'. Except to say it's more important. ( Apparently, not everyone shares this opinion. )

Going forward. Clearing a USPTO challenge is far more advantageous than a mere 3 months reported. It also would trump any Shareholders Letter from Mr. Goerner.

I'll comment on both the Q and Letter FWIW as soon as able.

I can't do anything about what is done, but I do pin some hope on an outside source, such as the USPTO. If we get a favorable ruling, I can pretty much guarantee PTSCs' sp free fall would flip to green.
