Can we, as shareholer's, hire an attorney to go in and evaluate the books and perhaps get a new agreement drawn up btw TPL and PTSC so that it would better protect the SH's of the public co.? ALSO, do you have knowledge as to who made the investment?
in the ARS? If not, can you share your opinion as to who it might have been? I think that we may have some big legal issues with S&L. Thank you, ads
