 I fundamentally agree with everything you said in your post. PTSC's BOD is just puppets for TPL. That's why I made the bold statement of just get ride of them and make direct deposits to my checking account. Now that we find out how this BOD invested those funds, well its just beyond belief. Frankly, they have and are destroying our trust in them. This new CEO his letter was just to cover his behind. He knew how the market was going to react. Don't forget when they announce him he was presented as an interim CEO. I'm beginning to think based on current facts that the puppet masters (TPL) put this in place to get by in the short term while they plot their next move. (which is to have the whole cake and eat it to--at our expense)
