thank you.  I reread again and highlighed 2 points.  Apparently the PR release is sanctioned by our think tank BOD and they have not been bound by an agreement but it is their choice.  The BOD apparently is content with letting TPL run the show and you can see what this has gotten us.  The BOD has apparently approved all the crap we are going thru. 

An absolutely worthless bunch our BOD.
