When the company needed our funds to keep the doors open they were more forthrite with information. Now that the company is making money and out of debt they don't need us anymore so we get very poor and misleading communication. For what purpose? Their gain. Those in the know are taking advantage of the shareholders. They want these shares as cheap as possible. IMO the plan all along has been Swartz help PTSC in turn PTSC help Swartz and I believe part of his role was to sell into every run to hold the price down. Swartz has had insider information all along with his lawyer sitting on the BOD for PTSC. He was selling before the news of the Q because he knew the J2.5 settlement was not included and that the price would tumble. Win for Swartz (huge profits) and win for PTSC and insiders to drive the share price lower. Make sure the drop is dramatic by using words in the Q and letter to create doubt and fear in the investment community and shareholders.
What happens now? what will make the SP climb. More licensing? How? The MMP seems to be worthless. Not likely in light of where we've been. Merger or Aquisition? Not likely for years with the limited amount of cash we have and legal bills to pay. When we move to another exchange? When this is only going to be possible with a merger or Aquistion of a company already listed. How can we afford that now.
This teams management skills ran PTSC into bankruptcy before. How confident are we that they can manage money and build a real company.
At this time as an investor we don't really have a lot to go on. So who in their right mind other than insiders in the know would want to buy stock in this company right now? I know I have serious doubts about the MMP now. I also have serious doubts about the ethics and abilities of the crew running PTSC right now including the new CEO who seems to be promising the same things that Pohl and Turley did.
Do I think the J2.5 is paying much more? Yes. Do I think the insiders want to keep us in the dark? Yes. Do I think the insiders want to drive the SP down now? Yes.
How long do we have to endure a stagnant or declining SP?
I was a long and sold 3/4 of my holdings today not for profit but at a $200K loss. Why because we're not getting any guidance and because of all the manipulation games that seem to be going on. I'm holding a quarter of my position in the hope that someday probably years from now that this company will accidently turn into something.
Sorry for the novel. Good luck to you longs.
