Why didn't the Feb licenses get to PTSC in time? Why the whole month, not just one or two near the end of the month?

Can this simply be fiscal juggling to help disguise the true value of the J's settlement. It certainly worked!!

I doubt that RG said anything that isn't fact. Things just didn't occur in a manor that would include them in this past quarter. Most likely by design.?!
